Peter is a member of the Nova Scotia Barrister’s Society as well as the Law Society of Upper Canada.

Peter articled in Ontario and then returned to Nova Scotia to live and practice in his home province.  Upon his return he practiced with a local employment and labour law firm.

In addition to Employment and Labour law, Peter also practices in the areas of Real Estate Law, Immigration Law, Incorporations and litigation before various administrative tribunals and courts.

He regularly maintains an employment law blog which can be accessed at nsemploymentlaw.blogspot.com.

Peter is a volunteer teacher with the YMCA Newcomer program where he teaches a regular class and gives presentations to new immigrants on various legal issues of interest.
