Russ Quinlan has practiced mainly in the field of Family Law and Insurance Claims since 1996.

After graduating from Dalhousie University Law School in 1995, he completed his articling with the law firm of Clyde A. Paul & Associates and stayed there until forming Parkland Law in 2006.
